Amherst Inn & Suites

Nice place over all. Room clean staff friendly. Nice and clean. It's no Hyatt but that's not what we were looking for. Needed a place to sleep and shower while we were out visiting and doing things.

I have been here for approximately a week. The family that owns the place are very kind and understanding of my roommate and I's situation. We both feel very welcome here, and treated with loving kindness. I appreciate this place so much for having immediate availability, close by to many shopping centers which is useful if you don't have a car. Thank you so much!

Rooms were clean except for the strong musty carpet smell on first entering the room, we had to leave the door open to air the smell out so my allergies wouldn't start acting up.. other than that all was well.

Me and my Fiancé stayed here for 2 nights before heading into Canada for a week. The location was great, right off of the exit. The lady at the desk was very friendly!! The beds in the room were very comfy, the TV and Fridge all worked! The bathroom mirror had these weird "Burn Marks?" on it, and one of the tiles in the bathroom was busted. The vending room where you get ice seemed very run down however. Overall though, not a terrible place to stay. Best part was the Bob Evans restaurant right next to it

I checked in for the solar eclipse. I knew it was going to be expensive that day so I was well aware of the prices. The front desk was empty when I arrived but there was a phone there with a phone number to call for service. I used the phone and a lady came to the front desk. She was one of the nicest people I met while staying in Buffalo and gave me recommendations and advisements for while I was here. We had a pleasant conversation for a while. My room appeared clean, wasn't the best looking but was great for what I wanted. Overall, I would come back for the affordable prices and the genuinely nice staff.

Rooms are large, very clean, well equipped but it is older. There is a Bob Evans right next store and there is a small market on-site that sells beer and snacks (can't say for sure as it wasn't open during our stay)...

Clean, quiet, & friendly! I stayed here for five nights, & couldn't have been more pleased. This is on the Niagara Falls Blvd, so it is close to several local restaurants in either direction. There are cake shops, local restaurants, & standard chain restaurants. If you are in town for a long stay, there is also a grocery store. Beyond that, the family who runs it are extremely kind! The girl who does the front desk is very helpful & knows a lot about local attractions. There was an older gentleman who came around to clean & provide fresh towels. I had a small room with a partial kitchen (fridge & microwave), and it suited me perfectly. There are a few other motels in this area, and I am happy I picked here!

Nice place, pretty clean. Owners are nice. Plenty of stores close by. No breakfast served, they do serve coffee in the morning, just be quick to get it, cause once the first pot is gone, that's it, which I didn't like considering how cheap coffee is. Other than that....it's nice. It's also fairly close to Niagara falls, and eternal flame trail.
